These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, licensing, subscription, support, and use of WordPress themes, child themes, plugins, and related digital products (“Products”) provided by Mroya Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Seller operates as a self-employed individual (OSVČ) under the laws of the Czech Republic.
2. Products
Products may include:
- WordPress themes;
- WordPress child themes;
- WordPress plugins;
- design assets;
- software updates;
- support services;
- bundled third-party components.
Products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are supplied.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, a single license permits installation and use on:
- one production (live) website;
- and reasonable staging, development, or testing environments associated with that website.
Each additional live website requires a separate license.
4. Agency and Client Use
Agencies, freelancers, and developers may purchase a license on behalf of a client.
The license may be assigned to the client for whom the website was developed.
If ownership of a licensed website is transferred, the license may be transferred together with that website.
The Seller may require reasonable evidence of ownership transfer.
5. GPL and Open Source Components
Certain portions of the Products may be licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses.
Where GPL applies, Customers receive all rights granted under the applicable GPL license.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit rights expressly granted by GPL or other applicable open-source licenses.
6. Third-Party Components
Products may contain or integrate third-party software, libraries, fonts, images, icons, animations, or other resources.
Examples may include:
- GSAP;
- fonts;
- icons;
- stock images;
- open-source libraries;
- third-party scripts.
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Information regarding third-party licenses will be provided within Product documentation, README files, license files, or related materials.
Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party license requirements.
7. Subscription
Purchases include a subscription period specified at checkout.
An active subscription provides:
- product updates;
- bug fixes;
- technical support;
- access to subscriber downloads.
Subscriptions may be renewed according to the terms presented during checkout.
8. Expired Subscription
When a subscription expires:
- the Product may continue to be used indefinitely on licensed websites;
- previously downloaded versions may continue to be used;
- access to updates ends;
- access to support ends;
- access to subscriber-only downloads may end.
No Product functionality is intentionally disabled due to subscription expiration.
9. Support Policy
Support is available only while the subscription remains active.
Support includes:
- installation assistance;
- configuration assistance;
- bug investigation and bug fixes.
Support does not include:
- custom development;
- custom coding;
- custom CSS modifications;
- third-party plugin support;
- WordPress training;
- website administration;
- content migration.
Custom development services may be offered separately at the Seller’s discretion and subject to a separate agreement.
10. Updates
The Seller may provide updates, enhancements, bug fixes, security patches, or compatibility improvements.
The Seller is not obligated to:
- maintain compatibility with every third-party plugin;
- provide updates indefinitely;
- continue development of any Product.
Products may be discontinued at any time.
11. Refund Policy
Products constitute digital content supplied electronically.
By completing a purchase, Customers expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that performance begins immediately after purchase.
To the extent permitted by applicable European Union and Czech consumer protection laws, Customers acknowledge that their statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once digital content delivery has begun.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Seller’s sole discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
Except where licensed under GPL or another open-source license, all intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of the Seller or their respective owners.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Product.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
The Seller makes no guarantee that:
- Products will meet all requirements;
- Products will be error-free;
- Products will operate without interruption;
- Products will be compatible with every hosting environment, plugin, theme, or browser.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of data;
- business interruption;
- indirect or consequential damages.
The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Product.
15. Changes to Terms
The Seller may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Seller’s website.
Continued use of Products after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union legislation.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
